What We Don't Build — and Why

This site explains the R6 Marketplace; it does not run one. This page lists, plainly, the things we deliberately do not offer — no live price ticker, no trading, no account services — and the reasons why.

//- 01 - WHY THIS PAGE EXISTS

WHY THIS PAGE EXISTS

Most sites only tell you what they do. The limits matter just as much, especially around something players spend money on. This is an independent fan-run information site with no connection to Ubisoft and no access to its systems. Some popular features are missing here on purpose, and some are missing because building them honestly is impossible. Either way, you deserve to know which is which.

The limits matter as much as the features.
//- 02 - NO LIVE PRICE TICKER

NO LIVE PRICE TICKER

There is no price ticker on this site, and there will not be one until a real source for one exists. There is no public, official feed of Marketplace prices, and while the Marketplace is closed there are no live trades to report at all. A ticker needs numbers; numbers without a source are invented, and invented prices would mislead exactly the readers who trust them most.

Instead, we explain what actually moves a price — rarity, how an item was distributed, how thin the order book is — on pages like Reading a Price, and our calculators show their maths openly, so you can check every step.

No ticker without a real source.
//- 03 - NO TRADING SERVICES

NO TRADING, BROKERING OR MIDDLEMAN SERVICES

We never buy, sell, hold or pass along items or Credits, and we never act as a middleman for a trade between players. The real Marketplace needs no middleman: every trade goes through Ubisoft’s anonymous order book, where item and Credits move together. Anyone offering to broker a trade for you — anywhere, not just here — is describing the shape of a scam, because the moment a trade leaves the order book, its protection is gone.

No middleman, ever.
//- 04 - NO ACCOUNT SERVICES

NO ACCOUNT SERVICES, AND NO CASH-OUT HELP

We cannot check your account, confirm your eligibility, lift a sanction or restore an item — we have no access to Ubisoft accounts. Never enter your Ubisoft credentials anywhere except Ubisoft’s own sign-in; a page that asks for them to “check your account” is stealing it.

We also cannot help turn Credits into money, because no such route exists: Credits stay inside Ubisoft’s ecosystem, by Ubisoft’s design. Sites promising a cash-out are promising something the system does not allow, which tells you what their promise is worth.

Your credentials belong on Ubisoft's sign-in only.
//- 05 - WHAT WE DO INSTEAD

WHAT WE DO INSTEAD

Guides that separate what Ubisoft has confirmed from what is merely reported — our Data-Status Legend explains the labels. Calculators that show their working. Status pages that state the official position without pretending to a live feed. And when we get something wrong, an open invitation to tell us via Submit a Correction.

Guides, calculators and honest status.
//- 06 - NO PREDICTIONS

NO PREDICTIONS, PRICE CALLS OR INVESTMENT ADVICE

We do not tell you which items will rise, which to buy before a season turns, or how to “invest” a Credits balance. That is not modesty — it is arithmetic. Prices on a player-driven order book move with supply and demand, there is no public data feed to analyse, and while the Marketplace is closed there is no trading to analyse at all. Advice built on that foundation would be a guess wearing a chart. If another site offers confident price predictions for a closed market, ask what data the prediction rests on — there is no honest answer to that question right now.

What we publish instead is the mechanics: how the order book fills, what the 10% seller fee does to a price, why a 15-day resale hold changes the maths of any quick resale. A reader who understands the mechanics does not need our guesses — and is harder to mislead with anyone else’s.

Mechanics, not guesses.
//- 07 - NO BOTS OR AUTOMATION

NO BOTS, AUTOMATION OR ACCOUNT TOOLS

We do not build scrapers, auto-buyers, sniping bots or bulk-listing tools, and we do not build anything that logs into your Ubisoft account on your behalf. Tools of that kind work against the spirit of a fair order book, and any tool that asks for your credentials is a risk to the account it claims to help. That line is also why our tools never ask you to “connect” your account to unlock a result.

Our calculators and checkers run entirely on numbers you type in, in your browser, for one item or one account at a time. If a feature would need your login, your live inventory or an automated connection to Ubisoft’s systems, it belongs on the list of things we do not build — permanently, not “coming soon”.

Tools that never ask for your login.
//- 07 - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Straight answers

WHAT'S MISSING, AND WHY

Because there is no honest way to build one. No public official price feed exists, and the Marketplace is currently closed, so any “live” numbers would be fabricated or stale. We would rather explain how prices work than invent the prices themselves.

No. R6 Credits cannot be withdrawn or converted to money; that is a rule of Ubisoft’s closed system, not a gap we can work around. Anyone offering to cash out your Credits is not offering something real.

ACCOUNTS, TOOLS AND LIMITS

No. We cannot see your account, and neither can any third-party site. The access conditions are public — clearance level 25, 2-Step Verification active, recent XP activity, good standing — and our Eligibility Checker walks you through checking them yourself.
